Commemorating the death anniversary of St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara, Founder’s Day aims to celebrate the missionary and social reformer, whose educational vision lead to the foundation of CHRIST (Deemed to be University). On the 3rd of January, the celebrations which include performances of the Choir, dance groups and theatre groups, reiterate and spread the message of education, love, humility, family inculcating the values of life and humanity among all by learning from the works and experiences of St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara.
